On August 24, Hu Wei, vice governor of Zhejiang Province, visited Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU). Chen Feng, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Education, Zhuang Lingfei, deputy mayor of Jinhua, Zhu Jian, deputy secretary of the ZJNU Party Committee, and Zhang Jianzhen, vice president of ZJNU, accompanied the delegation.

Mr. Hu visited the Institute of African Studies (IASZNU) and the School of Humanities to learn more about the school’s discipline construction, personnel training, international exchanges and cooperation, and social services, and was quite impressed with the achievements ZJNU has realized in recent years.

At the IAS, Mr. Hu visited the African Museum to learn more about the exhibits in the museum and listened to the introduction of the development history of the Institute, as well as its promotion of high-quality exchanges and cooperation with Africa.
